Cancellation & Return Policy

[Cancellation Policy]

We will accept cancellation of purchases within 3 days of receipt of order if the item is not marked "non-returnable". Please be sure to contact our store using the inquiry form.

After that period, we will ship the paid items as scheduled. For customers who have chosen bank transfer, if payment is not confirmed after the payment period, the order will be automatically cancelled. If there is any reason, please be sure to contact us so we can wait. All costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that if unauthorized returns continue, we may restrict the customer's use of the site.

Returns will not be accepted after this period. If you must exceed this period due to various reasons, please be sure to contact us. If you do not contact us, we will not be able to accept your return.

However, in the following cases, we will accept returns regardless of the conditions or time period.    

  1. We sent an item that was clearly different from what customers was ordered.
  2. We sold an item with significant damage or noticeable stains (such as noticeable tears, noticeable cracks, large noticeable stains, etc.) on parts of the item that were not visible, without noticing such damage or stains (insect bites and the like are common to old items, so this does not apply to such items).

If any of the above conditions apply, we will refund the amount paid. 

If you are not satisfied with a vintage item that we have stated in the description of the item that there are no scratches, insect bites, or other damage, and there is damage such as insect bites or tears in areas that could not be seen in the photos, we will check the condition of the item and if we determine that the item was definitely damaged before purchase, we will return it for a refund regardless of the time period. We will accept returns and refunds regardless of the period. However, the customer is responsible for shipping and return charges, bank transfer charges, and credit card charges. This does not apply to released or used items that are marked "non-returnable".

Returns will not be accepted for any reason in the following cases.

: Merchandise that has been in the warehouse for more than 5 days after arrival

: Products that have been used, repaired, altered, washed, or cleaned

: Products that have been damaged (stained or scratched) by the customer in terms of odor, product or packaging

: Products with lost or damaged product packaging (bags, cases, tags, etc.)

: Special items such as sale items, outlet items, etc. as noted

: Some items in a set (e.g. pants only. (If it is a set, it is eligible for return)


: Handling of Size Exchanges

In the case of returns or exchanges of wrong sizes for the customer's own reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. We will accept exchanges for "different size of the same item" only when the item to be exchanged is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will accept another size or a refund request. The exchange item will be delivered after we confirm the return of the item from the customer. Domestic shipping is free of charge. International is shipping at cost. We do not accept shipping methods other than those specified by us, both domestically and internationally.


: Precautions

When trying on items, please be careful not to transfer odors to the items. (Perfumes, cosmetics, cigarettes, etc.) Please note that we cannot accept returns if the shipping slip is attached directly to the outer box or merchandise. Compared to items purchased in stores, mail-order items may be shipped to our store in plastic from the factory. Please dry them in a well-ventilated place in the shade to reduce the smell. For both vintage and reissued leather goods, the use of commercially available deodorant sprays, etc. may cause stains. Please note that any loss or damage caused by the customer's own handling of the item is not eligible for return. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

: Return of new and unused products

New and unused items that are not marked "non-returnable" may be returned.

However, we do not accept returns of items that are obviously in a different condition than before they were shipped, have product tags or signs of having been used, or have been returned without prior notification, even if they are marked as new or unused. In the case of reprinted products made overseas, there is a difference in quality in terms of sewing compared to products made in Japan as a characteristic of the original products. We may not be able to accept returns if there are no obvious defects such as missing parts, or if the item is not sewn poorly. All costs related to returns, such as shipping costs and customs duties, are the responsibility of the customer. In the unlikely event that we have had to recoup the cost, we will either refund the amount of the refund minus the cost or charge you for the amount of the recoupment. If you do not pay, we will not be able to refund your money.


: Conditions for Return of Original Vintage and Antique

If you are dissatisfied with the original merchandise after it arrives, you may return it for a certain period of time.  "Original merchandise" refers to vintage and antique high-value garments. Actual merchandise that is described as "used" or "Surplus" in the product description is not eligible. We only want to sell items that our customers are satisfied with.  Again, in the case of inexpensive products such as disposed products in the product description, they are considered used products for sale and are not subject to returnability, so we cannot accept returns for them. We will accept returns within 8 days of receipt of the original product. Please be sure to strictly observe this rule.


: Consignment items

If the item is described as a consignment item, we will not accept returns under any circumstances.


: Individual transaction

We do not accept returns of items that have been found and sold to us at the request of an individual customer. Although we will verify your purchase in advance with product pictures and other information, we cannot accept returns of items purchased and sold by our store on behalf of our customers for any reason.


: Refund

If the item you request for return is in stock, we will exchange it for an equivalent item or refund your money, or if it is out of stock, we will refund your money. In order to be eligible for a refund, we must confirm that the item is in the same condition as it was prior to the sale. Refund requests for items that have not been returned will not be accepted under any circumstances. All fees related to refunds, as well as shipping, customs, and other expenses related to returns, are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made as quickly as possible, but may take from 5 days to 1 week depending on the payment method selected.

Refunds to international customers will be made by PayPal remittance only. If you wish to receive your refund by bank transfer, please allow 1 week to 10 days for the refund to be processed as we need to register your account. In such cases, bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer if the return is at the customer's convenience. This does not apply to returns made at our convenience.
