We accept international shipping by the above two methods. Other methods cannot be accepted, even if requested by the customer. Customers are responsible for all customs duties charged by customs. : JAPAN POST EMS
Compared to the FEDEX service, there are some areas where the service is currently delayed or non-deliverable due to international conditions. Please allow one to one and a half months for delivery in some areas, such as Europe and Scandinavia.
*Certain countries are currently unable to deliver via EMS due to COVID-19. Therefore, if EMS does not appear when you enter your address, your shipment will be delivered by FEDEX only. This will not be the case if the entire service is resumed. We will always update the latest status of Japan Post, but if EMS is not available due to passing each other, the delivery will be changed to Fedex.
