This is a used U.S. Marine Corps P-53HBT uniform that was used for 5 years from 1953 to 1958, the last of the P-42 and P-44 series, and shares the same cut as the P-56 cotton uniforms that followed. The Marine Corps is famous for wearing different uniforms from the Army because they develop their own equipment, but this is a utility uniform that has undergone a particularly distinctive evolution. This is a valuable last HBT combat uniform used during a part of the Korean War toward the Vietnam War.

The overall color is faded and it is in Used condition with signs of use. There are no missing buttons, the USMC stencil is probably missing from the beginning and there are traces of tape. The owner's name is handwritten. Only the bottom front button has a metal alternative button. It is in good condition with some signs of use, but still in good working order. Because it is a used item, returns are not possible. Please understand.
