The Tiger Stripe shirt is said to have appeared in the latter half of the Vietnam War and is known as a classic pattern. In fact, the pattern is close to that of the Gold Tiger and shares several patterns. It is estimated to have appeared around the same time as the Tiger Stripe, probably around 1967-68.
Overall, it is in good condition with a sense of use and faded coloring, but the missing buttons are clean and without scratches. The lot is slightly stained, but the condition of the stamps also indicates that the lot has little use. The black stripes that remain are also common with the Gold Tiger, and although the original green and brown colors were also strong, they are thought to have gradually faded with continued wear.
