The OG-107 Utility Pants are one of the most popular U.S. military pants, and while the details are unknown due to the missing tag, this is an actual item that is estimated to be a 1960s lot based on the plastic button specifications used. To be precise, these are P-56 utility pants spec'd by the U.S. Marine Corps due to the different pocket pattern.
