This is a M37 denim hat type jungle hat manufactured by us using the actual Frogskin camouflage poncho from the 1943-1945 lot. The poncho was used by USMC and USN. We selected unused and in good condition pieces from the large quantity we had in stock and finished them into hats. The poncho is reversible, with a green jungle camouflage and a brown beach camouflage, and was usually worn in different ways for different regions. Our jungle hats are also made of the same reversible fabric, but they are not reversible. In fact, during WWII, there were hats that were reversible in the form of rain hats, but this time we have made them in a form similar to the HBT Jungle Hat and the popular M37 Denim Hat so that they can be enjoyed in a more casual manner. In Japan, where it rains a lot, rainproofing is of course a reassuring specification when the need arises.Please enjoy this hat for everyday use, outdoor activities, camping, etc.

The fabric is a vintage fabric that has been used for more than 75 years. Although the fabric is rubberized and waterproof, it will gradually become damp. Wipe off the water after use and maintain regularly to enjoy it for a long time. Although the fabrics are selected from unused lots and lots in good condition, there may be individual differences in color, stains, paint marks, etc. depending on the individual item. Please purchase with these things in mind. There is also a difference in the color of each lot, but you cannot choose the color.
