MADE IN JAPAN

The 2nd lot of MILITARIA 1911 reproduced in 2023 was released in limited quantities using Gold Tiger Stripe 2nd Run fabric, that is the 2nd Model Jungle Fatigue Jacket. The Gold Tiger appeared on the battlefield from 1968 to 1969, and was used by the Navy SEAL, U.S. Army Special Forces, and South Vietnamese soldiers. Even at that time, there were Taylor stores and souvenir stores around military bases in South Vietnam and Okinawa, and there are many Tiger stripe combat uniforms and hats that were privately procured at those stores. This time, we have chosen the 2nd model jungle fatigues made of gold tiger fabric, taking into consideration the historical background of the time. At that time, some soldiers preferred to wear older model fatigues instead of the 3rd or 4th model fatigues, which were the mainstream in some battles and inside bases, in order to emphasize that they had been deployed for a long time. We have incorporated this background into our reproductions, and have made them in the 2nd model. Of course, if you remove the epaulettes, the size adjuster on the back, and the gas flap, you can enjoy it as the 3rd & 4th Model.

Our fabrics are made to fade like the real thing. It will take a few months to a few years for the fabric to fade to a yellowish color like the original. Please do not fade or age the fabric in ways that exceed our expectations, such as boiling water, as with the shirts and pants that are already on sale. Please enjoy the changes that will gradually fade over time as you use it over and over again.

Sampling each part from the 2nd Model of the U.S. Military Government Issue as well as the 1st Model. The epaulettes on the shoulders and the gas flap are attached inside the 2nd Model as well, and the size adjuster for waist adjustment is attached to the back. The buttons that were previously exposed are now hidden with an additional flap to avoid interference with the straps and other parts. The 2nd Model was introduced around 1965-1966, and was the base model for the later improved models, making it a very useful jacket.

Due to the limited number of fabrics remaining, the Jungle Fatigue will not be released in 2024 in the Gold Tiger pattern fabric, so don't miss out on this Jungle Fatigue.

*Our cotton fabric shrinks. The width is -1%. The length -6%. Length will shrink, but not in a way that makes it difficult to wear. The length of the garment will shrink, but not in a way that makes it difficult to wear. If you are concerned about it, please stretch it gently when it is wet to reduce the shrinkage.

*We do not accept custom-made items with individual size adjustments due to the number of fabrics remaining.
