Military fans are drooling! We are pleased to announce the arrival of the M42 Jump Jacket, a costume piece that was made for the filming of the classic war movie "Private Ryan" and was actually used on screen. The size is 44R and the stamp remains. It is a large size.

This piece was produced by Costume Rentals Corporation (CRC ), one of Hollywood's leading costume companies , and is an extremely faithful replica that was custom made for the film. The most fascinating thing about the costumes is that they are not mere replicas, but "real costumes" that were actually used on the set. In order to produce the realistic battle scenes in the movie, this jacket was painstakingly created based on the materials of the time and the actual items. The silhouette, texture, stitch work, and even the color are all of an impressive degree of perfection. As if to confirm this, the administrative costume tag (size "44") has been retained as it was in those days, giving the jacket a realistic feel as if it has been transported back in time from the scene of movie production. The 101st AIRBORNE (101st Airborne Division) Screaming Eagle patch sewn onto the right shoulder remains, and the same patch can be sewn on top later for a cooler finish. The additional pockets and elbow patches that were seen during the Normandy landings have also been reproduced, making it a specification with very high documentary value.
