This is a 4th Model Jungle Fatigue Jacket made in 1968. The name tape of Lieutenant General Walter T. Galligan, who was actually active in the U.S. Air Force at that time, is sewn on the jacket, and the overall appearance is comfortable. The overall rank insignia such as the unique chain-stitched name tape that seems to be locally made in South Vietnam in addition to the official name tape, rank, and Air Force Academy patches are not incongruous compared to the jacket's condition, though they are not 100% his own because they were not actually released from General Galligan's family. The overall rank insignia, such as the unique chain-stitched name tape, which appears to be locally made in South Vietnam, in addition to the government service, rank, and Air Force Academy patches, is consistent with the condition of the jacket. The jacket is a summons of the 5th Air Force Commander of the U.S. Air Force in Japan. The jacket has some fading but there are no missing buttons or repairs, and although it has been glued down a bit, it is in clean condition. It is a large LARGE-REGULAR size and does not come with any items that we can be 100% sure belong to you. This is a used item and cannot be returned.
