This is an Real NOMEX shirt, a locally made South Vietnamese pilot's combat uniform. The fabric and sewing are similar to those of the U.S. Army, but the manufacturing was not done in the U.S. but in South Vietnam, and the sewing is somewhat crude. It seems to have had what appears to be name tape on the right chest, and is assumed to have been worn by ARVN helicopter pilots and others. This is a very rare shirt. The overall color is faded and there are some areas that are slightly browned, possibly due to sun damage. There are several small scratches on the back. Some of the sewing is frayed. Sewing is generally loose. Otherwise, it is clean. It is a used item and cannot be returned. Please understand.
