These are actual M45 field pants used by the U.S. Army. They are made of cotton. The pockets are sewn on like airborne pants afterwards. Comparing the condition of the pants and the pockets, it is likely that the pockets were added to used pants made of distributive fabric and operated like M51 pants. Whether this modification was made at the time or later is unknown. The pants are in good condition with no noticeable scratches or repairs, but they do have some signs of use and stains. Button fly. They are used and cannot be returned. Please understand.
