This is an real M-1943 field jacket used by the US Army during WWII. The color is similar to khaki, not OD, which is typical during WWII. There is overall fading and slightly darkened stains. It needs to be cleaned. Instruction label and size label remain. The drawcord at the waist remains. Unfortunately, one button on the left sleeve is missing. The front has a button closure instead of a zipper. although this is a nearly 80 year old combat uniform, it is a sturdy garment and is still in good condition to be enjoyed.
